
Inspired by traditional dragon culture, the aim was to blend the colors of realistic creatures with traditional symbols of good fortune. However, the design avoids leaning towards a Hollywood-style monster aesthetic, so it doesn't appear fierce or intimidating.

The creation is inspired by the 2022 Batman movie. The main goal was to shape the unique urban atmosphere of Gotham City. While a crimson style similar to the movie posters was initially considered, the final design references the visual style of the Arkham series.

I tried to use the style of European classical oil painting and create my own version of the Mona Lisa in the most realistic way possible. The facial design was changed three or four times during the sketch phase, and the most time was spent on perfecting the eyes and smile.

I tried to shape the mood and style of my creation with a psychedelic influence, capturing the shifting emotions and vibes in the artwork. The idea was to blend vibrant, surreal colors and flowing forms to mirror the dynamic, ever-changing energy of the genre.

That time, I had just finished Dark Souls 1, which is an incredibly challenging game series. My first Souls game was Dark Souls 1, but I didn’t complete it until three years later, in 2022. The other Souls games I played during that time added a lot of legendary moments to my Dark Souls 1 journey, but if I had to sum it all up in one word, it would be—constant challenge.
